Vibrate screen SY Series Introduction:
The SY series vibrating sieve machinery is our company’s new screen device especially for screening the materials in the quarry, which adopted the vibrating of the tube eccentric shaft to adjust the amplitude. And it features stable structure, strong vibrating force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating voice, firmly durable,long service life and easy maintenance, and safe operation, etc. Besides, it is widely used in building materials, transportation, energy, coal preparation, cement, mine, electricity and chemical industries, especially for classifying the coal, limestone, broken stone, grit, metal or non-metal ore and the other materials.
Working principles:
SY series vibrating sieve machinery mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.
Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.

- Adopted the eccentric block vibrator, so it not only can strengthen the vibrating force, also can be adjusted randomly;
- Adopted the tire coupling, so it is flexible connection and steady operation;
- The screen crossbeam and screen box adopted high-strength bolt, so its structure is simple and easy maintenance.
- Adopted smaller amplitude, higher frequency, bigger obliquity, so it features higher screening efficiency, larger processing capability, longer service life, easier maintenance, lower electric consumption and noise.
