Working principle - SENYOU

Its vertical motor, which is installed eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, is regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change rotation into horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle on the top and bottom can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve.

• No Clogging of Screen

As the screen vibrates in multiplane hence the holes of the screen remain clear. Additional and blinding system is provided for difficult to screen and wet materials.

• Minumum blinding of screens

 Due to vibrations in the vertical plane, blinding of screen is minimized. However, for certain materials which have inherent blinding, sticking property and special accessories can be used to eliminate this problem.

• Low on power and maintainence / High on efficiency

 The design enables to utilize the vibratory force generated by the motor to the optimum and very few moving parts reduce the maintenance to minimum.

•  Multiple separations

As many as five screens could be mounted on one separator achieving six sizes materials to get.

• Optimum space / capacity

 This separator achieves greater production, separation per unit of screening area as compared with any other screening method or device.

• Pollution free /Clean operation

 Because of the little input mouth,The whole operation is very clean and pollution free.
