450 type round micro powder vibrating screen
450 type round micro powder vibrating screen are mainly used toscreen to liquid or materials of small quantity or others. It is widely used in laboratories and research departments of defense industry, light industry, agriculture, metallurgy, cement, chemical industry, phamaceutical, ceramic and so on.
Working principle:
1.using high frequency,destroyed the surface tension of serum and high-speed tremor of small granule to sieve screen;
2.speeding up the isol ation effect of useful substance;
3.increasing the probability of the materials which is less than separation of particle contact with screen aperture;
4.creating a better separation condition,to make the materila which is less than sepatating particle,in particular the proption of material together with serous through the screen aperture into the products which under vibrating sieve.

1.Size classification: separation of particles into groups of comparable size from the materials.

4.Screening: separation of a few oversize particles from a quantity of materials.
5.Liquid cleaning: cleaning of wastewater or remobving the solids from recirculating liquid
