High-performance friction gasket
As one of the main parts for the multi-rope hoisting plant, currently the friction gaskets applied to the native multi-rope hoisting plant are mainly PVC gasket and CPUR gasket. The friction factor of PVC is quite low (0.20), abrasion performance is poor, although the abrasion performance of CPUR gasket is improved, the friction factor is still between 0.2—0.23, and because of the poor processing characteristics & poor workmanship makes the quality unstable, and the phenomenon of melt-out always occur in use, CPUR gasket can only be used when the friction factor range is below 0.22.
Currently the friction gaskets with friction factor above 0.25 for multi-rope hoisting plant used in China are all imported, but the price is very high and import takes long time. While the High-performance friction gaskets supply such a native gap.
Main Technical Characteristics:
1. The friction factor is above 0.25 averagely at any working situation, fully reached the usage requests of the multi-rope hoisting plant.
2. Mechanical strength is high, Non-including the material may cause the wire damage, and easily to machining the rope race on site. The mechanical performance is as following:

3. Good compatibility to the friction grease. It fits to the imported and native friction grease, the home-made LZM friction grease is the best.
4. The price is moderate.
With all above, the high-performance friction gasket has more advantages than the other gaskets on the friction factor, hardness, compression strength, heat resisting property, abrasion resistance, thus the high-performance friction gasket can definitely replace the imported one, and it has been applied by many consumers, and has obtained economical benefits.
