At the emergency condition, pressure of the hydraulic station gets back to residual pressure, disc brake shuts down hoister
The disc brake is the hydraulic executive device of the brake control system for the mine hoister. When switch on the hoister, the hydraulic station outlet the pressurized oil, thus direct the disc brake to be “on” status, then the hoister starts to work. When applying brake, the hydraulic station will rise up or low down the pressure according to the working condition, the disc brake will produce the reversed brake force. At the emergency condition, the pressure of the hydraulic station gets back to the residual pressure, the disc brake shuts down the hoister at the mini time with the maximum brake force.
