The hydraulic station is the primary assembly parts for the mine hoister, it combined with the disc brake to be a whole set of braking system. The hydraulic station provides the adjustable pressure oil for the disc brake, thereby the hoister obtain variable braking torque so that the hoister properly runs, regulates the speed and shuts down. At any emergency condition, the oil pressure of the disc brake will be reduced to the desired value. After deferred, the value of the oil pressure will recover zero instantly, and the hoisting system is at the status of full application of brake.
It can realize many basic functions such as pushing, stretching, expansion, clamping, bending, lifting, squeezine etc., and it is also well used in many engineering works such as reinforcing steel compression, reinforced concrete for pile driving, pier foundation test etc.
