Chlorinated polyethylene-rubber blending waterproofing membrane is a sulfide-based synthetic polymer membrane, it makes the chlorinated polyethylene resin and synthetic rubber in the form of blends, and obtains a polymer "alloy" through the best types of blended rubber, the best blend proportion and blend course. This kind of "alloy" has excellent anti-aging properties and high strength of chlorinated polyethylene resin, as well as high elasticity of synthetic rubber and excellent low temperature resistance, the performance has been greatly improved than the original pure chlorinated polyethylene and the original synthetic rubber, reaching performance levels of high-grade waterproofing membrane.

Application requirement:
Substrate demands strong, smooth, clean and dry (Moisture content≤9%), the corner of substrate should be ≥20mm radius of the arc. Roof drainage slope, separated joints should be deal with according to the designment.
Membrane paving method: full adhesive, strip adhesive, dot adhesive, empty adhesive.
Overlapping part of membrane should be cleaned with the cotton yarn dipping solvent, overlapping part should be bonded firmly, and strike and planish the overlapping part by rubber hammer.
Node part should be added additional layers as the design demand, and the additional layer can be dealed with polyurethane waterproof coating or waterproof membrane.
