BiogoTM polyurethane waterproof coating special for high railway(as high strength) belongs to the type of chemical waterproof coating, A component is the prepolymer of the isocyanate top got from the polyether and isocyanate polycondensation. B component is color liquid composed by the top, plasticizer, thickener, coagulant agent. When using mix A component and B component according to proportion and coat them in the substrate, which forms high strength and high elongation rubber elastic coating by normal temperature cross-linking curing.
Application:
the product may be used in the high-speed railroad, viaduct, the highway's waterproof construction, important civil and project waterproofing and so on industrial architecture roofing and understructure work, municipal administration, bridge, subway, dam, is suitable in the shape is complex, pipeline vertically and horizontally spot waterproof construction.
Characteristics:
this product is double-component chemical reaction solidification waterproof material, it is environment-friendly product. the product intensity may reach above 6.0Mpa, the elongation may reach above 450 %, the low temperature reaches -35°C. After the product solidifies, forms does not have the joint, the complete elastic waterproof impervious ability, particularly has the high intensity and the extensibility, to basic unit dehiscence or expansion compatible.
The product construction is simple, when construction only need to mix in proportion the component A and component B, brush or spray the coating in the waterproof base, it is a kind of waterproof coating of cold construction
maintenance is simple, only need to repair the spots damaged
