Sacha Inchi is one of the world’s richest vegetable sources of essential unsaturated fatty acids. It contains 48% Omega 3, 33% Omega 6 and 9% Omega 9. In addition, this healthy nut also contains high levels of anti-oxidants and proteins and is especially rich in iodine, vitamin A and vitamin E. Sacha Inchi nuts are high in unsaturated fatty acids, particularly Alpha linolenic (omega 3). These fatty acids differ from saturated fats, because our bodies are better able to process and use them.
