Product introduction
Use:
Combined type temperature / humidity Compound Salt spray chamber is used for imitating natural status in increase imitation test. The imitating condition is harder than status that we usually meet. The tester can simulate and combine the following status such as: salt smog, dry, humidity, normal temperature, low temperature. It is available to program or conduct the tests independent.
The tester is designed for products used in intense changeable environment, such as parts of automobile, airmaterial, photographic equipment, building materials, electroplate films&coatings and electrical & electronic system etc. It is suitable to resist to metal electrochemical corrosion.
Feature:
1. The chamber body is made of the German PVC corrosion resisting materials. With different size of the test bars and test tanks in the chamber.
2. the cover of the chamber is used by the transparent materials. It is clear for you to the state of the spraying and test objects in the chamber.
3. the cover and the body of the combined type salt spray tester uses water hermetically-sealed construction, with no salt fog overflow.
4. tower type mist spray system and strainer with salt liquid; fog spot go through spraying tower and spraying nozzle etc. function will be vaporific; available to adjust to salt fog settlement, with uniformity of the mist spray, excellent performance of working chamber.
5. The circuit board and other parts are fixed in the place which convenient to check and maintain. It uses gate lock open type side cover door, good looking and easy to maintain.
6. the larger size tester will equipped with transparent glass observation window. With the help of interior light in the lab, combining demist device, it is convenient to observe the whole test procedures during the test: with right and left pneumatic cylinders (auto open and close).
