STAINLESS STEEL NINE ROLL ABRASIVE PEELER

  Currently configured with 9 abrasive rolls, each 100mm diameter by 1800mm long rolls.

The rolls run are mounted parallel (in line) with product flow. product is fed to the peeling chamber via elevator,rinsing is provided in the chanber by an stainless steel water spray pipe header with spray nozzles.Peeled prodect discharges through a stainlesss steel discharge gate.


Belt/ pulley drive system powered by a 1.1kw 380volt 3 phase 60 cycle constant speed motor drive.
