The machine is manufactured after repetitive improvement and design accoding to the deficiencies of the imported machine existing during the use in the country.It is used for processing various  dehydrated, frozen and preserved vegetables in food industry,vegetable processing industry and catering industry,for example.cutting of scallion,leek,celery,caraway,cowpea and sword bean;dicing of ganlan vegetable,qinggengcai vegetable and spinage,slicing of yam,bamboo shoot and burdock,ring cutting of green and red peppers and onion;slicing and mincing of carrot;shredding of aloe etc.

1.   Segment cutting:installing arc blade assembly to cut stem materials with segment length of 2-30

2.   Dicing: installing special blade disc,the block is 10*10-25*25

3.   Mincing: changing the blade disc,3*3-8*8 for slices,bars and shreds within the length of 30

4.   Oblique cutting: by changing the installation angle of cutter and material feeding tank,30-45

5.   Output: 500-2000kg/h
