Brief introduction of FRP Continuous Winding Pipe Production Line DGL-2600
Our Deyili launch the latest new products, FRP continuous winding pipe production line. The production line
adopts continuous winding arts technics and curing process: winding, feeding, solidifying, sustaining, anti-
twisting, cutting, unloading, a train of automatic secessive production line. It has much more advantages of
advance technics, high automatic, high output, a wide range of production specifications, this technology filled
the gaps in the interna-tional field. And the products is researched and developed by Deyili ourself, and has full-
autonomy property rights.
Brief Introduction of Fiber Continuous Winding Technics
It is continuous process of winding continuous production to produce FRP pipe and storage tanks. Applying
the FRP mixing pression layer to a moving continuous molds. The Molds is formed by a continuous steel strip
which is fixed on the horizontal axis. By a membrane winding directly on the mold, at the same time cutting
quartz yarn, polyester yarn or other raw materials for fittest distribution to the mold. At last, using of the voile
for surface winded on the pipeline and transporte to the solidifying position to on-line cutting and polishing.

Payment terms |
30% down payment after signing the contract within 5 workdays, the rest 70% payment after test run in our factory and before shipment. |

Accepting& inspecting in seller's factory |
Bring into the agreed time, it is in seller's factory to accept and inspect. The test run will make the pipes under two sides discussion, and promise the machine works in succession for two hours. Other special request, negotiate by two sides. The charge of test materials should be paid by buyer side. |

Installation&test-run in buyer's factory |
1)User should prepare the plant, operators and tools for machine installing, and make the energy available such as water, electricity, materials, work space, labors and so on. 2)Seller send one engineer for direction and supervising the installing, test run and training. The test run will be finished in 15 days if there is other requests please inform in advance. 3)The buyer should pay $100 per day as subsidy for the engineer, and in addition the round airplane tickets, food, hotel fee and insurance of the engineer during the installation and test-run period. |
