HJMTC SK7520 CNC Universal Thread Grinding Machine Description:

         Equipped with SIEMENS 802 DSL CNC system, CNC controlled 4 axes, 3 of which are in sync. can be achieved on this machine.CNC wheel dresser can be used as an optional assy to dress various profiles by means of 2 axis interpolation . Lead scope to be ground and lead programming are increased and simplified respectively by the help of an electronic gear box. Therefore, various ball screws, ACME screws,cylindrical worms(optional), thread plug & ring gauges, taps and small module hobs, milling cutters can be ground or relief ground.

        In order to guarantee working accuracies, this machine should be operated in the shock-proof, temperature-controlled and clean room.
