SK7612 CNC internal thread grinding machine is developed for various types of internal thread grinding with the requirement of high efficiency and high accuracy.
It is used for the worm steering double-arc type nuts of automobiles in mass production. And it also can be applied for grinding various internal threads of ring gauges in small batch.
Siemens 828D CNC system is adopted to control working table travel (Z axis), wheel feed(X axis), working spindle rotation(C axis), helix angle swivel (A axis), wheel spindle motor and dressing motors.
Also, special functions like automatic grinding cycle, grinding wheel on-line balancing and error correction in grinding, etc. are served as required. Diamond disc mounted on the dresser can dress out various tooth profiles with X axis, Y axis interpolation function. Diamond crusher is also applied on the dresser for high efficiency forming dressing in the mass production. X axis, Z axis are equipped with linear grating scale, C axis is equipped with circular grating scale, full closed loop control is performed. Helix angle swivel is in the control of servo motor, related parameters can be set on the interface easily.
