This machine is a kind of internal & external grinding center with 5 controlled axes, 3 of which are synchronous. It can be used to carry out both coarse & find grinding of bore and cylindrical surface of various pads, such as discs, shod shafts taper shanks, etc. It is expecially suitable to automobile&motorbicycle fitting factories and other machinery industries.

Equipped with SIMENS 840D CNC system, it can effect CNC control of 5 axes, 3 of which are synchronous to make operation.

AC servo motors and imported ball screws are used for wheelstock and table feeding. It is equipped with the glass scales to effect closed loop operation.

External grinding spline and the work spindle are equipped woth imported precision rolling bearings. A power-operated spindle is used for internal grinding device.

AC frequency converters used on work spindle and wheel spindle to carry out speed adjustment.

Swing of wheelstock and fine swing of table are controlled by the AC servo motors with rotary encoders. A grating scale is used for the swing of the headstock.
