The S7620A is intended to grind cylindrical or conical threads in the ring gauges. More information would be seen in following.

S 7620A Internal Thread Grinding Machine        S7620A Internal Thread Grinding Machine is intended to grind cylindrical or conical threads (

55°,60°) in the ring gauges. Circular or double  circular ballscrew nuts cam also be ground on the grinder.The trapezoidal  thread or buttress thread can be ground by using the manual wheel dresser provided on the machine. It is important that the grinder should be operated under damping and clean conditions.

       1. Equipped with an automatical wheel dresser, one way or two way grinding can be effected on this machine.

       2. Wheel spindle runs on the hydrostatic bearings. The machine is equipped with a total housing and oil mist extractor.

       3.  Work spindle runs on high precision sliding bearings, backlash of which is adjustable.

       4.  Two steps of work speed stepless adjustment are available.
