Specifications
The machine is designed for ring gauges with cylindrical and conical profiles.General descriptions:
Main movement of the machine includes: rotary movement of wheel spindle, rotary movement of work piece driven by servo motors, reciprocating movement of worktable, approach & withdrawal of wheel stock and movement for adjusting helix angle. A coupled movement from the rotary movement of working spindle and the movement of worktable realizes the thread movement; the machine features automatic grinding cycle, on-line automatic dressing grinding wheel, self-compensating dress quantity, etc.; optical grating scales are equipped on both the worktable and the wheel stock, an incremental rotary encoder is added to the working spindle in realization of entirely closed-hoop control; adjusting helix angle of wheel stock is controlled by servo motor, and the angle value is demonstrable on the operation interface
