Plastic injection molding & molded parts process
Wishmoulds is able to design mold according to customer' s drawing and specification or sample.
Designer' s idea not only come from customer' s interests, but also from the complex of mold structure, demoulding to optimize mold structure, and reduce the risk and cost of the mold.
Proposalof the mold structure will be given after study customer' s design and requirement.

Wishmoulds complies with DME,HASCO and customer specified moldmaking standard strictly,
We make various size of molds, the biggest mold we have made so far is of 8 tons with dimension of 1400mmx900mmx900mm.
The best tolerance we can meet is 0.01mm for mold and 0.02mm for part.
We always control the quality strictly during manufacture the mold, The hand-grind & scratch mark etc can’tbe permitted for the mold.
