Q:Are you factory?
A:Yes, We are !
Our mold department has about 30 skillful workers and produce about 50-80sets mold per month,
we own 12 sets injection machines from 80tons to 300tons in our factory.
Q:Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?
A:Our factory is located in Fenggang Town, Dong Guang city which near with Shenzhen and Hong Kong,
We are warmly welcome you to visit our factory, we can pick you up from Shenzhen airport or your hotels in Shenzhen.
Q:How to get the offer from you?
A: Please send us your 3D design drawing or samples to our email, we'll respond you within 24hours.
Q: What kind of drawing you required
A: 3D - native Solid Works -prt / step / iges / x_t, etc.
2D - native dxf & dwg & pdf
Q: What's your sample shipping address?

Q: Can your company make the design for us?
A: Yes, we have 5 designers to support your projector, you just need to tell us your requirements or provide us a draft, we'll make the 3D design for you for free !
Wishmoulds is also able to design mold according to customer' s drawing and specification or sample.
Designer' s idea not only come from customer' s interests, but also from the complex of mold structure, demoulding to optimize mold structure, and reduce the risk and cost of the mold.
Q: What's material you can handle?
A: Almost all plastic such as PP,PA6,PLA,AS,ABS,PE,PC,POM(Acetal),PVC, PET,PS,Nylon, Acrylic,TPE/TPR, silicone rubber,etc.(flame retardant, UV as optional)
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ can be 100pcs, you just need to pay us a little extra set up cost.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: For mold: 50% mold cost as deposit, the balance once you approved our final sample.
For production: 50% in advance, balance before shipping.
Q: Can I modify the product after molding?
A: Yes, We can modify our mold for free if you have any questions when you received the samples till you satisfied,
if the modifications are cause by you, we will modify it for free for small changes,
if the changes are kind of large, we'll only charge you the material cost.
Q: What is the mold / sample lead time?
A: Usually is 20-30 days, we'll always do our best to speed up it.
Q: Can you help us with shipment?
A: Yes we can. We can ship your goods to anywhere you want in the most economical way. If you have your own freight forwarder, please let us know their contact information and we’ll handle everything for you; If you don’t have a shipping partner, just pay the freight to us, and we'll ship it to your door or your nearest port .
