Electrical Connection Install instruction:
1. Turn off the power switch.
2. Connect the output-terminal with utility power(AC 100-240V) by using wiring unit, make certain that no copper wire is bared;
3. Connect the output -terminal DC plug of current driver with the lamp’s DC plug, insure this connection secure.
4. Fix the lamp and current driver to the suitable place by convenient installation.
5. Turn on the power switch.

1.Q: Do you offer customization service and manufacture or provide OEM products that are not listed in your catalogues?
A: Sure, we are capable of manufacturing customized products suited to our client's specific needs. Please kindly provide us with your sample or design and detailed specifications so that we can work out the exact products as per your requirements.
2. Q: What is your greatest advantage of exporting ... products?
A: No factory can manufacture all products, so we have an excellent advantage of consolidating various kinds of products by FCL mode, not only our own manufactured products but also outsourcing products from our partner, by which will save a big cost for you, also you don’t have to distract your efforts on separated factories, what you need to do is just focus on us to save lots of your efforts. That is “All products, One reliable supplier”.
3. Q: How can I have a Proforma Invoice/Quotation from ULIOR ?
A: You can have Proforma Invoice/Quotation by providing us the list of your requirements through fax or email. While asking for a quotation, it is essential to mention the quantity, destination port and the shipping mode. Without these information we may not be able to process your request.
4. Q: Do you offer customized (OEM) packaging and labeling of products, and artworks?
A: Of course, we offer customization service of packaging, labeling and artworks of products as per your requirements which can save cost for you at the origin. We have long-cooperative packaging and printing factories with very good relationships.
5. Q: What is your sampling policy? How to send the sample? How to charge?
A: We understand that you need to evaluate product samples before placing orders and will give you strong supports. Our normal policy as follows,
1)Samples against cost are available on request for occasional or first time clients. HOWEVER, the cost of sample (except from shipping cost) will be deducted from your first final order in any case.
2) If the samples value is low, you will get the samples free of charge and ONLY need to pay the express charge at your destination with your own courier account number.
3) We send free samples to our regular clients having business exceeding US$ 30,000 based on FOB term in a financial year. For regular clients with smaller size business, we provide free samples and only the shipping cost will be taken by our clients.
6. Q: What is your required minimum order quantity and value?
A: We have no restriction of minimum order quantity, but we expect your minimum orders to be at least valued US$ 1,000, However, the unit pricing for lower quantities would be higher than the large quantities.
7. Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We prefer dealing in US Dollars and offer the following options for payment:
1)Full Advance Payment: It is the most convenient method of payment for small orders as it minimizes the bank charges, you may send the payment by T/T or Wire Transfer.
2)Part payment in Advance: For large orders, we expect that you pay 30% of total value in advance after Sales contract or Proforma Invoice confirmed by both parties with seal sand signature. Balance payment should be remitted after receipt of the copy of Bill of Lading.
3)Letter of Credit: We accept confirmed , irrevocable Letter of Credit, payable at sight issued out by big and renowned bank. All bank charges outside China are to the account of the buyer.
8. Q: What is the lead time for a typical order ?
A: Normally, it will take 2 to 8 weeks, but it will depend upon the value and nature of orders, and the advance payment in our hand and the receipt of operative L/C. Anyway, we will spare no efforts to provide you the most efficient, speedy and cost-effective shipment in all directions.
9. Q: Do you provide on-time delivery/shipping information ?
A: We have long-cooperative air or sea forwarders with very good relationships so that we can ensure on-time delivery and up-to-date communication for the shipping information and status.
10. Q: Do you arrange all shipping procedures for customers? What is the approximate shipping cost?
A: Yes, we can do all the shipments for you at real cost, the freight charges will be lower if handled by us at the loading port. We can get reasonably low shipping cost from our strategic partner of forwarders.
11. Q: Can I have your price list or catalogues?
A: Yes, of course. Please kindly provide us with your required products, details of quantities,specifications, packaging artworks and so on, so that we can make quotations for your accordingly.
