Stainless steel repair clamp,
Band: Stainless Steel 304.
Bolts and Nuts: Stainless Steel 304.
Lugs: 304 heavy gauge Stainless Steel, welded to clamp sidebar.
Sidebars: 304 heavy gauge Stainless Steel Tungsten Inert Gas welded to form a strong, permanent fusion with the repair clamp band.
Lifter Bar: Type 304 heavy gauge Stainless Steel. Lip curve hold bolts in position while tightening and serves as a bearing surface for nuts.
Gasket: EPDM or NBR
Dimentions: From 2" to 12"
INTRODUCTION
VORTEX QINGDAO CO.,LTD. as a large and professional manufacturing group which is located in Shangdong,our main products are Ductile Iron pipes and fittings for drinking water and sewage pipeline.Annual capacity is about 9000 tons.The typical products are as below:
1)Ductile casting iron pipe and fittings(Diameter from DN80 to DN2000mm),including Socket bend,Flanged bend,Socket and Flanged Tee,Flanged socket,Socket taper,blank flanges,as well as K9 welding flanged pipes.All of them are according to ISO2531/EN545/EN598 and PN10/PN16/PN25/PN40.
2)Flanged adaptor,coupling,dismantling joints and Viking Johnson type's fittings.(DN80-300 Flanged adapter&coupling are wide range design and both PN10/16).For the syrface treatment,besides Epoxy Resin Power Coated and cement/bitumen,so far we are the few producer of supplying pipe fitting with Rilsan Nylon coated process in China.
3)GGG50 ductile iron fittings for PVC pipe by standard EN12842,Size OD63-OD630,Epoxy powder coating in surface and with EPDM GASKET RUBBER RING.
4)Loose flange pipe fittings,DN50-600,according to ISO2531/EN545 and PN10/PN16.
5)Our casting process:Resin sand moulds casting production line(equipments are importing from Italy IMF),which ensured the size precision and surface quality of casting.Cupola-electric furnace double process is applied to melting system.Before pouring,the quality of raw molten iron and nodularized molten iron is ensured by computer-cotrol rapid analyzer.
