DESIGN
- 'ABM' Self Raising Portable Heavy Duty Adjustable Gantry Crane.
- Confirming to IS : 3177 - 1977.
APPLICATION
- Used for maintenance, erection, loading and unloading of any heavy work load.
MAIN PARTS
GIRDER / BEAM
- Beam Heavy Duty confirming to IS 226 of 1975.
PIPES
- 4 Male and 4 Female Pipes (E.R.W.) confirming to IS : 1161 to 1963.
WINCHES
- Each Side of the crane is fitted with winch machine with wire rope for smooth and easy erection of crane..
WHEELS
- 4 Castor Wheels assemblies 360° Swiveling fitted with 2 ball bearing each wheel are provided for the smooth and light movement of the crane.
- Each assembly is fitted with locking device.
SELF ERECTION
- Two laymen can erect the complete system with the help of winch machine provided with the crane.
TEST
The Gantry Crane is tested on 25% overload.
