High pressure washing machine for high temperature water trasport and cleaning
SGW70 series high temperature reciprocating pump can be used as the power source of high temperature and high pressure water,and
it can be applied to small and large diameter pipeline cleaning, vessel cleaning, workpiece cleaning, derusting, water-assisted piling, water corrosion cutting and so on. It also can transport high temperature water (below 90℃), high temperature emulsion
and other liquids whose chemical property is similar to water.
Safety valve and throttle valve are installed at the fluid end of this product. They constitute a separate system which can regulate throttle
valve to adapt to different capacity demands. The power end of the pump is in bearing driving style (between the crankshaft and the connecting rod).The gears are processed with the gear grinding technology (straight tooth). Low noise, slight vibration and steady transmission. The splash lubrication is adopted for lubrication method, which can operate 24-hour continuously. The water-cooling system of the pump constitutes a separate system. Various cleaning machines, valves, high-pressure rubber hoses and spray guns
can be equipped for users.
All kinds of power sources can be provided according to customer demand.
