FUNCTIONS
1 12-cylinder diesel fuel injection pump can be tested
2 Measure each cylinder delivery at any speed.
3 Check each cylinder injection timing with static.
4 Checking the sealing injection pump body.
5 Check the mechanical governor.
6 Check the pneumatic governor.
7 Check the vacuum capacity of governor.
8 Check the pressure compensators (LDA).
9 Measure the internal pressure of distributor pump body.
10 Test the electromagnetic valve of distributor pump.
11 Check the transfer pump.
Features:
1, It adopts advanced frequency changing technology,stable performance,adjust the pump speed in a large range,low noise,save power energy.
2. Digital shows the pump speed,times and temperature..
3. With the 12V,24V DC electric source, for VE pump using DC power.
4. RPM setting, can set the pump speed freely.
5. With the high-pressure and low-pressure fuel system, can provide enough fuel and stable fuel supply,but also can test the pump sealing.
6. It has the positive and negative air pump, can provide the stable and adjusting air source.
7. VE pump chamber gauge and fuel return measuring.
