BRIDGE MULTI BLADES BLOCK CUTTING MACHINE

 

Function:

This machine is applicable for cutting stone block into slabs and tiles, featured by precise cutting, high efficiency and easy operation.  It can cut with combination of large, middle-size and small blades or single large blade, ideally used for cutting blocks.

 

Production Ability:

Granite of medium rigidity: 200M2 / 24h

Granite of hard rigidity:150 M2 / 24h

Marble: 110-120M2 / 24h

 

Features:

This machine adopt the double pillars and single cross bridge structure to cut the slab. The main spindle use the doubt axis design and make sure the slab can be cut in one time and no need to stop cutting during the process. The Machine usually only holds only one blade but you can also hold 3 big and 3 small blades. This machine is perfect to cut the big size block. 

The blade splitting can be controlled by time automaticly.
