FUNCTION:

Mainly used for cutting and processing of marble, granite and other large-size slab.

I.This equipment adpots oil-immersed cross bridgeand side beam.

II.The lifting system uses the hydraulic system.

III.The control system is controlled by the PLC and it can be operated by touch screen. The machine can split the slab by itself automaticly. The blade entering speed is controlled by the frequence convertory so it is flexible. You can change according to different slab size. And there is infrared laser blade measurement. The table can be 90 vertical degree and 360 horizontal rotating

The table and the side beam is being conjoined together which ensure the cutting stabllity and easy installation.

 

The total machine is with high cutting accurancy and stable performance.

Granite of medium rigidity: 300M2 / 24h

Granite of hard rigidity:150 -200M2 / 24h

Marble: 110-120M2 / 24h
