Application of  double screw stone washer;

          double screw stone washer is applied for washing applications in sand plant, mine, concrete batching plant, and industries like building materials production, transportation, chemistry, water conservancy, etc. Our sand washing machine is a highly efficient machine designed on the basis of the detailed washing needs in mining industry and comes with features like good washing effect, reasonable structure, large capacity, and less sand loss during washing process. The transmission part of this sand washing machine is isolated from water and sand, which could greatly reduce the error rate of the machine.

Working principles of double screw stone washer;

          Having been slowed up by the decelerator, the impeller rotates slowly with the motor. The sand and stone fed into the feeding tank flow into the launder, then roll together with the impeller and grind with each other to get rid of the dust and powder. At the same time, water is being added and the strong water flow washes impurities and light particles in the lauder away. After this process, the clean sand and stone are lift up by blades of the impeller. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and falls back to the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone. On the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the washed sand and stone fall to the discharge chute from the rotary impeller.
