Introduction of circular vibrating screen:
The Circular Vibrating Screen is named for the reason that the screening box moves on a circular locus. The vibration exciter, powered by the motor connected to wedge belts, rotates at a extremely high speed, and makes the screening box move. Then particles smaller than the screen mesh,it falls. In the multiple-layered machine, the feed is introduced to the top coarse screen, the undersize falling through to the finer screen. So a range of sized fractions can be produced by this machine.
