Induction lamp working principle
As a new tech of lighting products,and due to its advantages,induction lamp is not doubt the premier choice of lighting source.
Induction lamp is a fluorescent lamp that without electrodes,which relies in the fundamental principles of electromagnetic induction and gas discharge to create light.The elimination of filaments and electrodes results in a lamp of unparalleled life.Lasting 100,000 hours or 25 years,this system can outlast 100 incandescent,five HID,or five typical fluorescent lamp changes.
Light can be generated via a gas discharge through simple magnetism.Electromagnetic transformers,which consists of rings with metal coils,creates an electronic ballast.
The discharge path,induced by the coils,forms a closed loop causing acceleration of free electrons,which collide with mercury atoms and excites the electrons.As the excited electrons from these atoms fall back from this higher energy state to a lower stable level,they emit ultraviolet radiation created is converted to visible light as it passes through a phosphor coating on the surface of the tube,The unusual shape of an induction lamp maximizes the efficiency of the fields that are generated.
High bay lamp fixture features:
1. Fixture can be mounted with loop hook or suspended with chain;
2. IP 43-65 aluminum die costing gear box with powder coating, rustproof, corrosion-resistant and excellent durability;
3. Aluminium lamp shade, decent looking and durable;
4. Extra aluminium reflector ensures high lighting efficiency;
5. Optional acrylic or glass bottom cover ;
6. Protection for ballast from short-circuit, open-circuit and defective lamp.
