1. Warranty Period:
A) Split induction lamp series
5 Years in warranty ( for both electrical ballast and light source)
B) Integrated induction lamp series
3 Years
2. Maintenance Service:
A ) If in warranty period, the product have problems in use and maintenance. Please sent to us. We need to confirm again by QC Department. Once finishing, we will return it to you in 7 days after we receive the product.
B) If the problems can't be smoothly solved, our company will promptly change a new one to you.
C) For any product whose warranty is beyond 5 years, our company can offer free services and only charge expenses in transportation, materials and labour-hour.
1. What is induction lamp? What is the principle of induction lamp?
- Induction lamp is an elcectromagnetic induction fluorescent lamp without filament and electrode. It belongs to the fourth generation of lighting source with LED. It avoids gas emitting by the discharge to decrease the uselife of lighting source, which makes its life increased significantly, reducing maintenance and replacement.
- Matching the elctronic ballast with high and stable performance,compared to the other light souce, the use life of induction lamp has been significantly increased. Our company's RIZ induction lamp has both above advantages, as well as the application of high-quality fluerescent powder and sophisticated processing technology, high luminous efficiency, and low light decay.
2. What are the methods of judging if the lamp and ballast work properly?
- Instrument detecting
Indicators of detection: voltage, current, power
Problem identifying:
1) Connecting the instrument, switching on the power, if voltage can read, circuit and power can not, it means ballast has been damaged;
2) Connecting the instrument, switching on the power, if the figures displayed of power and current are more larger than the nominal ones and the tube does not light properly, it means the tube has been damaged;
3) Connecting the instrument, switching on the power, if the lamp can displayed properly, however the figure displayed of the instrument is bigger than the rated one by 50% 10 to 30 minutes later, it means the tube has been damaged.
- Interchange detection
Detection method: Preparing a complete set of lamp and ballast to do interchange detection
Problems identifying:
1) Replacing by an intract ballast, switching on the power, if the lamp does not light, it means the tube has been damaged;
2) Replacing by an intract ballast, switching on the power, if the lamp is abnormal after lighting for 30 minutes, it means the tube has been damaged;
3) Replacing by an intract ballast, switching on the power, if the lamp can not start properly, it means the tube has been damaged.
