The test center of our company is jointly designed with Shandong Research Institute of Agricultural Machinery. It’s a test platform covering various types of pumps like water-ring vacuum pumps, water pumps, submersible pumps, etc.
As the company's strict requirements in terms of quality, the test center was initially proposed to be able to perform the actual-operation test for different types of products including large and extra large water-ring vacuum pumps and compressors. Therefore, this center counts for the largest proportion of the investment in plant construction of the new factory and the total investment is more than 10 million RMB It mainly includes:
6KV 1500KW Transformer, which meets the power distribution demand of all large and extra large water-ring vacuum pumps and compressors
50/10T Large Double-girder Crane, which ensures the assembly and lifting of large and extra large water-ring vacuum pumps and compressors
Computer-controlled Test Terminal, which achieves real-time displaying and recording for the parameters like performance curve, current, rotation speed, power, etc
1000M3 Large Working-fluid Platform, which ensures normal supply of the working fluid for water-ring pumps, especially for the large water-ring pump during the actual-operation test, and ensures the standard testing temperature of the working fluid.
The test center of Shandong Precedence Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd was set up at the beginning time of the factory, and it has experienced a growing process from the simple operation test to the basic parameter test till to the present computer-controlled test for complete parameters. To achieve the design performance and meet the demands of different customers and different systems, we always adhere to that each of equipment must be tested though the test center before leaving the factory. In addition, we can provide our customers with the before-leaving-factory real-time test data related to the products used by them.
