SUBMERSIBLE SEWAGE CENTRIFUGAL WATER PUMPS
1. Application
1) Sewerage and rainwater pump station
2) Domestic sewage treatment plant, used for water ntake, water output, and recycle transportation of sludge lrrigation
3) Food and drink industry, for example canning plant, beverage distiller, and milk plant etc
4) Paper pulp mill and paper mill
5) Paper pulp and similar medium
Medium:
The AFP series Submersible Sewage Pump applies to transportation of the following medium:
1). Untreated sewerage contains fiber material
2). Refluxing activated sludge
3). Domestic sewage
4). Raw water
5). Process water
6). Colling water
2. Features
1). High-performance water-resisting squirrel-cage-type motor;
2). Service free upper/lower shaft bearing is designed as 50000 hours service life;
3). Cooling system is divided into open-type circulation and cooling system and close-type circulation and cooling system which ensures normal operation of motor below/above level surface;
4). Separate motor and pump with two layers of mechanical seal, which provides motor with diplex protection
5)The unit adopts coaxial and shorter-overhang design, which depresses interference of shaft, reduces vibration, depresses noise and prolongs service life of mechanical seal and shaft bearing.
