Good corrosion resistance bronze base bushing SF-1B
SF - 1 B based bearing bronze, tin bronze as base, sintered bronze spherical powder, surface rolling PTEE and high temperature resistant filler material.
A mixture of PTFE and lead in sports can form a good protection of grinding axis transfer film.
1. sintering layer and copper substrate with good thermal conductivity, can rapidly generate heat in the process of transfer operation.
2. copper with self-lubricating performance and can be used for the part of the long-term operation and can't stop.
3. base copper has good corrosion resistance, can be applied to weak acid, strong alkali.
4. with good bearing capacity.
