1. What is the strength of the company vis a vis other solar panel assembly line manufacturers?
We have more of experience than other company for design lay out, shipping , installation, training , after service in oversea, We can help customer to apply the TUV certificated, we can supply all of the documents and instruments.
2. What are the consumables and what is the routine maintenance required running and operating the line?
Consumables of raw material: Solar cell, EVA film, TPT back sheet, Glass, Junction box, Bus wire, Silicon gel, Flux.
Routine maintenance: Heating transfer oil, Vacuum oil, Compressor oil,
Spare parts: Silicon membrane, Teflon sheet,
3. What kind of and how many days training support will be provided to our manpower by the supplier company and is it included in the price offer?
We will train your manpower , It need one week, Your company pay for the hotel , food, round flight tickets.
4. What kinds of troubles/bottlenecks/breakdowns that are associated with or incurred while operating on the line?
Not any troubles for our production line. Just need good machinery and electricity engineer.
5. What is the minimum time frame to get the assembly line re-started once there is a breakdown?
It is very soon time, because we will supply you spare parts.
6. What is the total other project cost other than the cost of solar panel assembly line equipments?
The cost of other project is building, office and ware house also air condition.
7. What are semi autonomous and autonomous machine you are going to provide in the said assembling unit?
Semi automatic machine include Semi automatic laminator, Manual soldering station, Manual laying up station.
Full automatic production line include Full automatic laminator, automatic tabbing and sting machine, Auto transfer laying up station.
8. What is operation hours is going to be?
Can be 24 hours operating.
9. What is the delivery and installation time you are going to take? Even though you have informed the same to the CEO of the company during his visit we request that the same may be documented.
The delivery time is 35 days for 5MW solar panel assembly line, 50 days for 10MW solar panel assembly line.
Installation
We send engineer or technicians to buyers factory to install machine.
All expenditure on travel, food, accommodation and transportation of our engineers/ technicians for installation will be borne by buyer.
REOO company borne the salary of engineer.
Training
We supply both overseas and local training to the engineers and technicians on operation and maintenance.
buyer borne air tickets, lodging, food and training material .
Minimum 12 (twelve) months warranty of all products and services .
guarantee for the spares and required maintenance or replacement support are to be provided . Buyer borne the cost of the material for parts of maintenance.
Backup spares:
We supply essential backup spares. items beyond warranty periods, buyer borne the cost.
