Question 1: Where is your factory?
Our factory is in Jiangsu Province China, city WUXI.
It will take one hour from SHANGHAI to our city by train.
You can also fly to WUXI from Guangzhou or Beijing, we have air port here in WUXI.
Question 2: Are you a manufactory?
Yes, we are a manufactory, we have more than 150 employees.
Question 3: Can you making new design for us? Or can you make thermostats according to the samples we given?
Yes, we can do OEM, ODM. We can make models for customers' new designs.
Question4: How long will it take for production?
For normal goods, it will take 20-30days for production usually. For new designs, it will take 40-60days for first order, as we need time for making new moulds.
Question5: Which port will the goods been shipped?
We usually ship goods from Port Shang or Port Ningbo.
