Anupam'sThe helical wound heating wire is made of a high temperature resistant NiCr alloy. And the insulation consists of superior grade of magnesium oxide (MgO). As the heaters are swadged, even at high sheath temperature they have excellent electrical insulation and a high heat transfer. To prevent the heater from moisture the connection ends are sealed with sealing components.
Precise forming of the heater is required to fit properly into the groove in the mould. To ensure this fit normally use a template as an inspection tool in the forming process. This template can be custom supplied or manufactured by Anupam as per customer's design.
Heaters are available in dia 6.5mm, 8mm, 8.5mm and square section of 6mm x 6mm or customize diameter.
To manufacture Mould Tubular Heater it is necessary to have an accurate drawing showing all the center distance, Bending Radius and Degree.
