Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 Quality-system Certification and Pressure pipe manufacturing license.Cangzhou Haixin Pipe Fitting Manufacturing Co.Ltd. is a professional production of steel pipe fitting exports, the company was founded in 1998, covers an area of 56,880 square meters, it is located in "tube city" Mengcun County, Hebei Province, east Bohai Sea, North of Beijing and Tianjin, according to West China's third chemical Cangzhou City, Shandong Province in the south, 150 km away from Tianjin Port, transportation.
Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 Quality-system Certification and Pressure pipe manufacturing license. We have 8 advanced pipe production lines, and crafts perfect, for example: forging, hydraulic-pressure, intermediate-frequency, machine machining, cold molding, heat extrusion, heat treatment and so on. At present, we have a total staff of 268, among whom there are 38 technical personnel, 16 foreign traders, and 6 high class managers.
Our major products include Elbow, Tee, Cross, Reducer and Cap which are made of the high pressure carbon steel, middle pressure carbon steel, low-pressure carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, with annual steel production exceed 12000tons and mainly export Southeast Asia, South America, Europe, Africa and so on.. According to your requirements, we will produce all kind of thickness of pipe, such as ASME B16.9~16.28; JIS B2311; DIN2605; DIN2615; DIN2616; DIN2617.Production techniques are mainly that 1/2 inch-24 inches seamless elbows are made intermediate-frequency curving pipe machine; 16 inches-72 inches butt welding elbows are made by using double-faced submerged arc welding; the tees are made by hydraulic pressure technique; the reducers and the caps are molded. All products are formed using patterns. We assure you that errors are inside the pale of tolerance.
