Brief Introduction of the vacuum oven / vacuum drying oven :
CY-DZF-6020-series is the advanced vacuum & Atmosphere drying oven installed with KFD25 adapter
and Gas inlet, Precision flow-meter with optional vacuum pump, which allow the gas purging, gas mixing under desired
pressure level and continuous inert gas flowing compared to conventional vacuum oven.

Chamber and Door | The chamber is structured with stainless steel and welded with bracing pieces. A good vacuum seal is achieved by silicone door gasket and positive latch door. Observation window consists of termpered glass and transparent polycarbonate shield. 2 stainless steel shelves are included to facilitate processing efficiency. |

Gas flowing/purging | A precise flow meter is installed in the front panel which ranges from 200 ~ 2000ml/min. One 1/4" swagelok tube fittings on the back panel to connect the gas supply. The gas is able to be continuously flowing into the chamber at a constant flow rate defined by user during operation. The oven can be purged by inert gas before operation. |
