CYKY atmospheric pressure plasma cleaner machine with pen
The main application of the atmospheric plasma cleaner:
(1) surface cleaning
The surface of the sample is usually covered by the grease, oil and other organic contaminants and other oxide layer.
Before bonding , welding, need to be treated with the plasma, so as to get the fulled cleaned and no oxide layer surface.
This applied in the metal, glass , ceramics and other materials cleaning.
(2) surface activation
The plastic, glass, ceramic and polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE, etc., as there is no polarity, therefore,
for these materials before printing, adhesive, coating need to be cleaned.
Generating reactive group in an inert material surface, the surface polarity and energy can be increased.
Compared with the cleaning by burning the plasma cleaning will not damage the samples, and also will clean the entire
surface evenly, and will not produce toxic fumes, the blind hole and the sample with gaps also can be treated with.
How it works ?
With the high pressure and exerting the high frequency AC pressure at both ends of the ground electrodes , the gas between the two electrodes will produce the ionization, and the plasma zone is formed. The plasma reaches to the surface of the object to be treated in the air flow driven, so as to achieve the purpose of the modification of the object surface.
Using the atmospheric plasma processing equipment for the surface treatment is a continuous process. The processing speed (V) and distance (D) from the surface to be treated and the plasma nozzle tip are two important factors affecting the surface treatment effect. Changing these two parameters directly alter the final result.
The active airflow beam emitted from the nozzle mouth always keeps resealing the HV energy.
