QT40-1 is a simple block making line include a JS350 Mixer, a conveyor,a block molding machine.
The molding machine is the main system of the line
It has a hopper on the top ,concrete was feeding in the hopper through the conveyor
belt, then the concrete will slide into the mold by a control handle.
By changing mould,it can make many kind of blocks as your demand.
