Introduction of the Dust/Powder/Stive Humidification Mixer:
The FJQ Series Dust/Powder/Stive Humidification Mixer manufactured by our factory is mainly applied to humidifying and mixing dust which is discharged from the underneath of the bag house to prevent dust spilling over and avoid produce secondary pollution on the environment. The function of Dust Humidification Mixer is to humidify and mix fine dust, and then centrally store and process the fine dust. The Dust Humidification Mixer is the effective method and equipment to solve the secondary dust discharging problem of the bad house. It’s more environment-friendly and greener.
Feature of the Dust/Powder/Stive Humidification Mixer:
1.FJQ Series Twin Shaft Dust/Powder/Stive Humidification Mixer use speed-reducer drive, running smoothly and low noise
2.Twin shaft Dust/Powder/Stive Humidification Mixer has reasonable structure: feeding inlet on the top and discharge outlet in the bottom
3.Junction surface is sealing well, no dust leaking and running smoothly.
4.Twin shaft Dust/Powder/Stive Humidification Mixer is equipped with water spray system to ensure the uniform distribution of water spraying and adjust water supply to meet the demand
5.Adopting the oil hand pump to supply lubricating grease for the four drive bearings, which is convenient to use and maintenance. It’s more effective and time-saving.
6.Easy operation and less occupied area.
7.Uniform mixing, no residual and long working life.
