Scope: Our coal burner is mainly used in asphalt station, boiler, dry (such as brick kiln), metallurgy and other industries.

Coal burner is mainly composed of pulverized coal machine, host of combustion machine(including combustion chamber, automatic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system) control system, ignition system, the crater and others.

Host of combustion machine

It is composed of combustion chamber, automatic back and forth motion system, automatic rotation system, the combustion air supply system.

1.Combustion chamber (independently rotating)                      
1)Our combustion chamber with larger diameter and longer length, the length of the pulverized coal preheating zone is increased, which make pulverized coal burning more fully and combusted more efficient.
2)Exclusive use of combustion chamber and rear cover separation design. (Patent number: 03216099.2)
3)Reasonable design ensures that the ignition device and air supply device with longer service life.


2.Auto-rotation and auto driving                                                        
1)Combustion chamber with motor, driven rotary in operation.
2)Exclusive use of furnace and air supply device separation design, effectively solve the problems such as firebrick collapse.

3.Burner Patented Design-easy for maintenance                   

The combustion chamber automatically rotation by the motor to prevent furnace slagging and improve the service life of refractory brick. The traditional burner need clean the slag 3-4 days, but our company's design greatly reduces the burners’ repair work. Our company use split design, so combustion chamber and air supply device moving forward and backward on the pully, which is easy for maintenance.

Control system                                                       

1.PLC touch screen control system (SIEMENS Or Customized)
Our coal burner can be equipped with PLC touch screen control system. The whole control process visualization, the operation is simple and convenient. Meanwhile interface can use English, Russian, etc

2.Damper automatic adjustment-effectively reduce the coal consumption of burner

3.Automatic Temperature Control (optional)
1)According to the drying drum discharging temperature, real-time adjustment for coal supply.
2)All operations are on the control cabinet.

Environtal Coal Powder Burner for Asphalt plant :

The device includes the following parts:
1 Electric firing gun: Using electronic automatic ignition, safe in operation and easy to use.
2 Electric drive pusher: It’s for control the firing gun’s automatic forward or backward. After completion of the ignition, firing gun can be out of the combustion chamber automatically by the electric putter, which effectively protect the firing gun and prolong its service life.

Specific requirements for coal quality
At present, the size of input granules of our pulverized coal machine is 25mm or less, have greatly improved and raised applicability compared to the previous 5mm or less; coal combustion value is more than 4500Kcal making full use of a lot of inferior coal with low combustion value; volatile demand 25% or greater, sulfur content is 2% or less( rotation combustion chamber prevent furnace slagging); Net moisture content of 10% or less (equipped with powerful pulverized coal blower); ash content of 15% or less (high-energy ignition device guarantee ignition success rate)
