l Touch screen and electric control dual system
l High quality materials and fittings. All transmission shafts and rollers with chrome-plated surface to enhance durability
l All transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel (40Cr) grinded under high temperature with hardness > HRC42
l Siemens touch screen and PLC dual system control, with stable performance and low malfunction rate
l CAPT-LOCKS union link to guarantee long lasting overprint precision
l Spraying circulation is adopted to transmission gears lubricating, to reduce noise and to prolong service life.
l Carton making machine with pneumatic lock, electric open and close and automatic brake system, insure printing position will not be misplaced
l Audible alarm while unit moving on the rail and setting scram switch to ensure operation safety
Feeding Unit
l Position of side-jogger, kicker and back-stopper motorized adjustment, easy and quick
l Aluminum alloy kicker light and durable
l Power of suction blower adjustable to make a smooth feeding.
l Side-jogger make orderly and accurately feeding
l Upper feeding roller is rubber coated and lower roller is chrome plated after reticulate engraving. The pneumatic bumper reduces damage of the substrate and increase feeding accuracy

Printing Unit
l Chromed plated anilox roller, durable and with high printing precision
l Motorized adjust, easy and quick
l Special ground central convexity rubber roller achieve excellent ink spreading
l Anilox roller auto lifting device synchronous working with paper feeding system (In feeding, anilox roller pressed whereas in stop, it released)
l Hanging forme, foot switch control, make installation easy and quick
l Phase adjustment, with harmonic device and transducer control, dynamic and static 360 degree adjustment
l Electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism to lock gears position when unit are opened. Forme position will be restored when units are closed
l Manual adjust printing cylinder transverse register (20 mm)
Slotting Unit
l 7 mm thick slotting knives made of high quality alloy steel, with sharpened endurable teeth
l Slotting knives phase adjustment, with harmonic device and transducer control, dynamic and static 360 degree adjustment
l Transverse movement of slotting head motorized control, easy and quick
l Hole punch device is option
Stacking Unit
l Connection arm has manual and automatic operation methods
l Tension of the driving belt of connection arm can be adjusted alone; quantity of connection arms can be set at will
l Stacking height: 1600 mm
l Platform elevation and transmission motor has braking function, to prevent from down-slipping
l A pneumatic controlled plate will pop-up to hold the coming substrate when the pre-set height reached
l The hopper width manual adjust
