Cartoning machine main functions:
- E flute type cardboard could be used for printing carton;
- Touch screen and electric control dual system ;
- All transmission gears are made of high quality alloy steel (20CrMnTi) grinded under high temperature with hardness HRC58-62
- CAPT-LOCKS union link to reduce the connect interval and keep long lasting overprint precision

- The transmission system adopts two oil pumps circulating lubrication

- Servo motor-quick react,Lx308Nprecision positioning, system stability and durability. Electrical camshaft supersedes mechanical style;
- Synchronous belt un-interval links feeding shaft with servo motor shaft, to improve feeding precision alignment; Half-wheel, quick replacing structure, to keep consistency of feeding position, and to avoid uneven wearing on the surface of feeding wheel;
- Pressure-free stretching feeding mechanism is the option;
Folder Gluer Online With Carton Box Making Machine Main Parameters :
1. Folder gluer machine is full computerized
2. Fully Automatic for regular sized Cardboard
3. Touch screen input order, automatic adjust specifications.
4. Lateral scorer to facilitate folding.
5. Vacuum suction belt transmission to prevent slipping, and avoid scissors movement.
6. Both sides equipped with guiding rollers.
7. Carton strapping machine moving parts are composed of imported ball screw and linear guides track;
8. Stacker and output are controlled by servo motor, max.speed 200 sheet/min.
9. Work independently or equipped with printer & slotter machine.
10.Two times scoring , Four times molding.
11.Equiped with gap adjusting system for cardboard with different thickness in Transmission unit;
12. To receive vertically the cardboard processed by printer;
13. The folding part adopts Air suction type main belt;
14. Equipped with Peristaltic type cycle suction pump;
15. To reduce the waste of paste/starch in Gluing system ;
16. Remote after service for option;

- Main motor use servo motor;( totally 3 servo motors)

- The carton machinery and folder gluer inline is highly integrated, one time setting the order, very quick and convenient;
- By 45 degree folding, two times scoring of the cardboard carton, full way tray folding; left and right synchronization, long belt shaping the carton, effectively avoid the problem of big/small size seam, and scissor-like shape.
- Automatic Stacking: photoelectric control, computerized, fully automatic, high efficiency.
