LX-308N Automatic Flexo Printer Slotter with Lead Edge Feeder Main Functions:
- Servo control lead edge feeder;

LX-308N Feeding Unit.
- Servo control Lead edge feeder--patent #ZL2005 2 0045628.x (Back-pushing suck blower feeding system is option);
- Servo motorquick react, lx308nprecision positioning, system stability and durability. Electrical camshaft supersedes mechanical style;
- Synchronous belt un-interval links feeding shaft with servo motor shaft, to improve feeding precision alignment;
- Half-wheel, quick replacing structure, to keep consistency of feeding position, and to avoid uneven wearing on the surface of feeding wheel;
- Box making machine pressure-free stretching feeding mechanism is the option;

LX-308N Slotting Unit
1.Slotter with intelligent photoelectric,which means it can guarantee the Slotter knife and Underthe
knife to proposes an automatic alignment,and protect the blade.
2.Pre-scoring wheel: Pre-scored paperboard will not crush
3.Upper scoring wheel coated by polyurethane to avoid possible crush on the paperboard
4.7 mm thick slotting knives are made of alloy tool steel by heat treatment and finely ground,
sharpened endurable teeth
5.Bi-plate trimming knives with sharpened, endurable teeth

LX-308N Die cutting machine unit
- Die cutting is for option in this Automatic Carton Making Production Line
- Urethane cover roller have servo differential compensation device, keeps the anvil roller and mould roller running at the same linear velocity; effectively correct the die cutter effect error; Prolong double life of anvil cover and mould, keep each batch products on same geometric numerical, then reduce change cost..

LX-FGA Automatic Folder Gluer Inline model Main Function
1. Width : 1800mm,2200mm,2500mm for your choosen.
2. Can set parameter not only in Printer but also in Folder Gluer operation panel
3. Fully Automatic for regular sized Cardboard
4. Touch screen input order, automatic adjust specifications.
5. Stacker and output are controlled by servo motor, max.speed 200 sheet/min.
6. Vacuum suction belt transmission to prevent slipping, and avoid scissors movement.
7. Lateral scorer to facilitate folding.
8. Both sides equipped with guiding rollers.
9. Carton strapping machine moving parts are composed of imported ball screw and linear guides track;
10. Work independently or equipped with printer & slotter machine.
11. Two times scoring , Four times molding
12. Equiped with gap adjusting system for cardboard with different thickness in Transmission unit;
13. To receive vertically the cardboard processed by printer;
14. The folding part adopts Air suction type main belt;
