Working Principle
- Mixing system is composed of electric motor, reducer, exposed gear, and lubrication system.
- There are two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing drum, and the mixing blades are fixed at
- the two mixing shafts.
- The reducer with double gear is driven by electric motor, and the two shafts driven by exposed
- gear are rotating in the opposite direction at the same speed.
- There is one discharge gate at the bottom of the mixing drum, discharging by manual handle
- or pneumatic device.

The twin shaft concrete mixer has strong mixing ability, the mixing quality is better and the production-efficiency is high.
- Equipe with multiple shaft end sealing protection device and wind pressure sealing protection device and effectively avoid leakage absolutely;
- Monitoring system of mixer can working condition of monitor reduction box,dischage pump and lubricating pump;
- Equip with special-purpose motor lubricate oil pump, and four separate pump core respectively feeds oil to four axial heads directly,without using by-pass valve;
- Multi pipes & way water injecting system can make sure that water can injected uniformly;
- Heavy design and stable running.
