Machine Work Process:

1 the raw material should be stuck ,and with same size by creased and cut into shape .A4 or A3 shape with the folding line. 

2 To keep the stuck height and the feeder can catch it . There will be feeder mouth or more with the feeder.

3 then pieces sheet of PVC or PP through the green belt by ultrasonic mold ,the welding point shape can be any you want ,line ,point or logo.

4 after the sheet coming out ,it also can be one stuck. Just need worker moving all out together .
