Applications:

The machine is a fully-automatic forming-sealing-packaging machine, and is applicable for vacuum,

gas and MAP packaging of various food, meat, sea food, fruit, vegetable, medical and hardware items.

Main Features and Characteristics:

1. OMRON PLC, touch screen & servo motor are used with reliable performance and ease of operation;

2. Modular moulds are applied that can be replaced easily and the machine can be used for multiple purposes;

3. Photoelectric follow-up: color cover film or optical film can be used for packaging, which can reduce the cost and upgrade the products;

4. With modular moulds, They can be replaced easily and can be used on several machines. The moulds have a cooling system;

5. Fitted with a scrap recycling system, good environment and health can be maintained;

6. The mould adopts aluminum alloy materials,have good corrosion resistance and wearing resistance after Hardening treatment;

7. With special holding chains, the packaging machine is applicable for extending and moulding of flexible film or rigid film of different thickness for special purpose packaging;

8. With advanced horizontal and longitudinal cutting systems, the machine’s replacement operation is more convenient;

9. There is a scrap and waste recycling system to help maintain environmental cleanness;

10. Main part of the machine is made of stainless steel, that greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the equipment;
