PROCEDURES:
After both parties agree with all FCO terms and conditions, Buyer send to Seller the signed and sealed FCO.
1. Seller issues draft contract.
2. After both party agrees with the draft contract, Buyer immediately sign Sales and Purchase Agreement together with arrangement of payment as stated below.
3. Within 10 working days after signed and sealed contract, Buyer’s bank shall activate SBLC or BG with face value of one spot supply payment to Seller’s nominated bank together with Q88, crew list and import license.
4. Within 72 hours upon receipt of Buyer’s SBLC or BG, Seller will issue DTA to Buyer and Buyer engages SGS to carry out dip test in Seller’s tank or vessel.
5. Buyer verifies the Q&Q and begin vessel to vessel pipe attachment.
6. Buyer release MT 103 payment to Seller’s nominated account.
7. Ownership transfer and loading commence
8. Next Order
a. After successfully achieving the first loading, Seller arranges the next order with Buyer.
b. In the same procedure and payment as the first shipment, the trade is rolled over for next 12 months.
